In August 1976, I was born in Germany as an expatriate child.
I graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation in 1999.
In 1991, I started acupuncture with İsmail Maraş and the late Nüzhet Ziyal, who brought the first scientific acupuncture with Turkey, and I continued professionally in the world of acupuncture with my university life.
In 1999, I started working as a physiotherapist at Maraş Acupuncture Center as a physiotherapist, and thanks to the traditional and complementary medicine studies, I have been working on holistic medicine and holistic physiotherapy for many years with a new excitement and passion every day with the perspective of what can be done better for each patient since I realized that very successful results were obtained in many cases where we could not get results in classical physiotherapy and / or had to send them to surgery.
1996-2006 I provided acupuncture and laser acupuncture applications to 300 children with physical and mental disabilities at the Maraş Acupuncture Center and presented 10-year development reports to the relevant official institutions as a result of these applications. As a result of these studies, I opened Çamlıca Special Education and Rehabilitation Center in Üsküdar in 2006 and started the alternative rehabilitation center project.
In 2011, with my specialization in Speech and Language Disorders, I participated in many congresses, symposiums and trainings in Turkey and abroad in the fields of traditional and complementary medicine and physiotherapy, which I have been involved in since 1991. When I graduated from university, I realized that this world, which I thought was a bucket of water, was an oman and that learning and being a student in this field would continue until the end of my life.
Traditional and complementary medicine and physiotherapy studies are so interesting that it is undoubtedly an insatiable oceans that makes both educator and student live together. Sometimes I see myself as a young brain and student thirsty for knowledge, and sometimes I find myself as a lecturer on the lecterns. During this period, I also worked as a lecturer at the Faculty of Health Sciences in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In recent years, I have been working on epigenetic coaching by working on healthy life wellness systems and epigenetics and nutrigenetics, especially on chronic diseases and prevention methods. I closely follow domestic and international trainings and studies in this field.
I think that my knowledge and experience in the health community, which I have been in for years, should be transferred and shared among all health professionals by giving and receiving trainings on many platforms. For this purpose, I have been writing about health in various newspapers and magazines for years. I continue to write humbly.
As modern medicine cannot respond to chronic diseases, unfortunately, in recent years, we have started to see that traditional and complementary medicine practices can no longer provide successful results as before. Due to this health dilemma, which is a big problem all over the world, the incidence rates of chronic diseases are also increasing. Naturally, when we start to put forward other interdisciplinary perspectives, holistic functional medicine practices enter the field of traditional treatment and preventive health services with the existing modern medical practices. Even beyond this, in the last 3-5 years, genetics, epigenetics and genetically appropriate nutrition nutrigenetics have emerged as new disciplines that we need to work hard on in order to eliminate chronic inflammation.
The point we have come to as a result of all these is that the human being is actually an oasis and we, as health professionals, should ensure that this oasis is handled by providing a personalized health service that will address all areas from genetics to nutrition, from active or sedentary life, from active or sedentary life to business life, from environmental factors, lifestyle, material and spiritual aspects, and we should ensure that it maintains a healthy age by protecting the level of health today and in the future.
I am married and have three children.
